C B Arun Kumar has been working in the Animation & Broadcast Industry in India since 1985 and has has over 26 years of professional experience. He did his Masters from the Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC Jamia) in 1989.

Since then he has worked with Television18, Business India TV (TVI),  Aaj Tak (Living Media), Doordarshan and Vijay TV (now Star Vijay).

In 2001 he set up the Moving Picture Company's Animation Division and worked on the first Indian 3D animation series, "Jungle Tales" (for Cartoon Network)

In 2006 he shifted to Mumbai as Vice President of Maya Entertainment after which he worked as Head of VFX and Animation Operations in Pixion.

He is one of the leading Virtual Reality photographers in the world specializing in digital panoramic imaging.

He was awarded the National Award for Best Director (Rajat Kamal) of an Animation Film (2005) for “Kachua aur Khargosh”.

Mithun Pangal is a senior CG professional with over 10 years of experience in Education and Production.  He has strong networks with major studios across India and the globe. He has worked  on many critical projects over the years equipping himself with a robust toolkit in handling CG pipeline issues.
Mithun is also the first Pixar Certified Instructor in all of asia his experience ranges from Gaming to VXF, CG and Software development. In the past he has worked with companies such as MEL, Pixion and Aditya Infotech.

 

With a strong background of advertising in his family, Yohan grew up on a healthy creative dose of visual communication.  

Working on advertising artworks almost since the time he was a kid, developing communicative concepts to designing creative illustrations not only for his family business of advertising, but for renowned agencies as well.

He entered Visual Effects in 2007 and joined EyeQube studios where he worked on few of the most technically and creatively challenging shots in movies like Tron Legacy, ‘Don’t touch me’, an animated short which was nominated in the Festival de Cannes 2010, Moby dick, Aladin, Drona, Veer, Madharaspattinam and various other television series and advertisements for both Indian and International clients. 

Films, music and photography are passions of Yohan. He loves challenges and believes that learning is a never-ending process. Hence, being a faculty and imparting valuable guidance, Yohan is still learning…

Having changed almost 11 schools by the time she finished high school, she found sanity only on stage. Even during her engineering days, she spent more time, performing and writing for plays than solving electrical circuits. Then jumped on a plane to New York city where she completed her Masters in Film Studies, specializing in Writing, Direction, Performance and Production.

Landed back in Mumbai and headed the Pixion Trailer House department of Pixion Studio for over 3yrs. 2010 Filmography includes director/writer/producer of feature documentary on Dental student suicides due for release in 2011 and an Assistant Directorship on ‘Inshallah Football’ – International Documentary, produced by Giulia Achilles.
 

Mazdiar started off as an avid gamer with a keen interest in Special Effects. He started his career wit one of the largest BPOs and then discovered his calling in doing Visual Effects for Films. He spent almost 6 years working with leading production houses like Prime Focus, Eyecube and Reliance Media Works. He has worked on many feature films like Guru, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Welsome, Chadni Chowk to China, Love Story 2050, Blue as a VFX artists. He has also worked on Hollywood films such as Tron Legacy, Moby Dick, 28 Weeks Later, Agent Crush and on many internation TV serials. His key strength s are BG Preparation and composting CG with Live Action footage. He spends his spare time indulging in his new found passion: Photography.

With over 9 years of experience in the field of Animation, Sidhant has worked with leading companies like Moving picture copmpany India(ltd.), Data Quest Entertainment, ITTINA Animation studio, UTV & Maya Entertainment Ltd. He has worked on various project in his career. He starts with Jungle Tales (first 3d animated series in India) and after that he worked on Disney mickey mouse club house, chicken little, my friend Tigger and Pooh and many other projects. All the companies have appreciated his work and skills. Recently he has worked on Ramayna the epic Movie for Maya digital media pvt. ltd.

Bhavpreet has been a lighting artist and a passionate photographer who has worked with various studios in Mumbai, Delhi and Melbourne, including MEL and UTV. She holds a Masters Degree in Animation and Interactive Media from RMIT, Australia and has over 6 years of experience in the Animation and Film Industry.

Her work has been exhibited in various galleries across India and Australia. Moreover, her first experimental short film "Awaken" was shown at various film festivals around Australia.

His work has been featured in 17 different exhibitions at various art galleries including the prestigious Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai.

In a career spanning over 19 years Dnyan has worked with leading national and International Animation companies like Millimages in Paris and Millitoons in Chennai and Crest Communication in Mumbai. He has also been a leader in the education sphere passing on his valuable insights to students in leading art and animation institutes. He has been a lecturer at the Lalit Kala Kendra and a Professor at Whistling Woods International Limited. Over the years Dnyan has worked on numerous award winning projects including the "The Red Fox" which was awarded a BAFTA award for best Children's serial 2000

Paras specialises in Digital Sculpting, Texturing and Creative Supervision. With over 7 years of experience in the field of animation. He has worked on various projects like Tak and the power of juju, Mickey mouse clubhouse, Tigger and Winnie The Pooh, Tinker bell, Harry Potter, The Simpsons, Need for speed, Burnout, Black..to name a few.

Studios like Disney, E.A, Nickelodeon have praised and apreciated his artistic capabilities.

Recently he has worked as Lead Modeler and Textrng Artist on Arjun, The Prince Warrior and The Dream Blanket, movie for UTV and Prime focus.,where in again, his Artistic and technical role was Praised and Apreciated.

Paras won The Best CG ARTIST award at Data Quest, Hyderabad. He has also played a major role in the Creation and Development of the E.A facility for Data Quest.

I have always excelled in the arts. Painting and dance are my first loves but my fascination with beautiful images led to my interest in Photography.

I would study great photographs for hours on end observing light, color and composition and then finally I started clicking pictures myself.  My professional training and experience with the subject of CG Lighting has given me a fresh perspective and a unique strength in understanding and using light to enhance my ability to capture images.

Now that I am getting a lot of appreciation for my work, I feel confident enough to call myself a Photographer!

Poonam specializes in Digital Imaging & Special Effects. She is passionate about Photography
& Charcoal Painting. She has contributed to has various movies under big banners and ad agencies like Ogilvy and Mather, Percept Pictures etc. Poonam has also worked with renowned photographers for photo edits.
She has been an instructor for the last 2 years, and enjoys teaching and sharing her vast pool of knowledge and experiences with her students.
